"I bought my condo because of the neighbourhood amenities and convenience it offers. I can simply take the elevator down, grab breakfast at Sunset Grill, go to the Dentist, and do groceries at Metro. Condo living has been great for me. The neighbourhood is so vibrant and ideal for anyone looking to live an active lifestyle. I love biking and going on long walks along the Waterfront Trails. Easy access to the TTC and QEW which means I can get to downtown in just under 15 mins. The best part is I can access the retail without ever stepping a foot outside which is really convenient, especially in the winter months!
